Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce- 1 7oz can
Garlice- 7 cloves
Cumin seeds- 1tspn
SPanish onion- 1 cut into cubes
Red wine- 3 cups
Vinegar- 3 Tblspns
Celery Seeds- 2 Tblspoon
Rosemary dried- 1 Tblspn
Thyme dried- 1 tspn
Salt- 11/2 Tblspn
1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and puree.
2. Tranfer to an airtight jar and store in refrigerator and use as needed.
